The GREENCRANES project is a pilot action whose purpose is to test and disseminate new technologies and alternative fuels in port containers terminals (PCT) to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The ultimate goal is to allow investors and PCTs managers, EU policy-makers, citizens and industry to understand and decide which technologies produce the best socio-economic value and have the potential for a rapid spread throughout the EU.
