Mechanuga is a project born from the desire to produce devices of technological aid and mechatronic applications to apply to lifting and handling machines in use in the logistic sector with the objective to allow their safe use to people with physical disabilities.

 

Mechanuga has earned the project of excellence title, which will enable people with disabilities to access work tasks currently reserved for non-disabled and to integrate them in the company on the same level of activity as other workers . For the realization of the project, co-financed by Fesr Por Creo 2007-2013, the laboratory of the School PERCRO S'Anna of Pisa has joined as a research organization the project leader who is Port Technical Services Ltd. Livorno.
